HOME LLAMAS LAVENDER
"We're very proud of our girls. They have been carefully selected for genetic diversity, willing spirits, correct conformation, and elegance. We believe they are a large part of what makes our crias so special. We practice sound breeding techniques, with our focus being on medium to heavy wooled show animals.
Here is a sampling of the "Moms" and "Moms-to-be." Most will not appear on the For Sale page, but some of them are available. Please call or email us if you are interested in any of them or their crias.

"Annaleise"
Female, DOB 5/6/06
PHF Cadfael's Banner X Llamarage's Rhapsody in Blue
This little girl is growing up into a stunning young lady. At the 2007 Estes Park Wool Market she took a Grand Champion ribbon and promises to continue and excel in her show career. Information and pictures of PHF Cadfael's Banner may be found at www.rancholobo.net

  Annaleise
Annaleise is now a National Halter Champion, taking 1st place in her class at the 2007 Grand National Llama Show.  We couldn't be prouder of her!

"Llavender"
Llavender was born the week our first lavender plants arrived. She was such a lovely gray color (almost lavender), that we couldn’t resist naming her as such. She has become somewhat of a “mascot” here, as her winning personality charms everyone. She also accommodates us when asked and will wear an alfjora (argentine pack) filled with lavender bundles.

"Bell of the Ball"
Hands-down, Bell just seems to make great babies. She is Mama to Bocelli, an ALSA halter champion, Bacardi, and Karizzma.

"HoneyDew"
Simply put, HoneyDew is stunning. A lovely taupe color with silky, lustrous fiber. She is Mama to Whiskey and Olivia , and now Donzi.

"FFF Ellie May"
Milk galore. Large babies. All as sweet as she is. A true favorite here. Mom to Bellini, Seger, Mandisa, Glimmer.

Spicy "FFF Spicy Secret"
Sweet, calm disposition that transfers to all her crias.  Her 2007 cria, out of Mystic, is V-Maxx, her first boy! The pic to the right is a family pic - Mom and sister Francesca, keeping little V-Maxx warm on a cold wintry night in the barn.

BellaLLuna - This young lady has grown up to be one of the finest we've ever raised. Fiber to die for, wonderful conformation, lots of stretch and presence. They don't come much better.

See Bella on our for sale page.

Lady Bellini is one of our loveliest llamas. She's all-girl, all white, with one of the most feminine faces we've seen on a llama. She's' sweet, smart, and a joy to have on our farm. Bellini’s first cria has arrived and we couldn’t be more pleased. He’s a beautiful appy, out of Argentine Isidro. See “Booyah” and now introducing "Nadal" on our babies page!

AnnaKonda is our Argentine Kobra girl. She is the biggest llama here, and quite possibly the woolliest. She has placed in the Top Ten at Nationals and has completed her ALSA Halter Championship. She is shown here after being body-shorn. Being black, she gets very hot in the summer, and we prefer to keep her comfortable than keep her "pretty!" (Besides looking like a very large poodle, we actually DO think she's pretty this way!) Anna’s babies are Viper, Vegas, and Mamba. AnnaKonda

Missy

Sadly, we lost Missy in winter 2008, at age 20. We buried her out in the pasture, where we believe she will always watch over the girl herd for us. We miss her terribly, but are thankful to have had the opportunity to know and love her.

Jamaica has grown into a stunning female llama. This year, she had her very first cria, "Mama Cocoa," a beautiful little girl that looks much like her mom! Jamaica
